Trim Levels (Exterior)
The entry-level Pacifica Touring comes with 17-inch alloy wheels, power-sliding side doors, and a power liftgate. It also has power-adjustable and heated side mirrors. A step up to the Touring L adds a panoramic sunroof, Stow 'n Place roof rails, fog lights, and variable-speed windshield wipers. The Limited adds 18-inch alloy wheels, hands-free power sliding doors, a hands-free liftgate, and power-folding side mirrors. At the top of the lineup, the Pinnacle comes with 20-inch wheels and an upgraded exterior trim.
Engine (Power)
Power for the Pacifica comes from a 3.6-liter V-6 gas engine that puts out 287 horsepower and generates 262 pound-feet of torque. It works with a nine-speed automatic transmission and comes with front-wheel drive. The gas-powered Pacifica is one of the few minivans that also offers all-wheel drive as an option, and you can get it with any of the trims. A hybrid powertrain is also available for the Pacifica. It uses a combination of gas and electric power to generate 260 horsepower.
Performance
The V-6 provides the Pacifica with plenty of power. It will propel the minivan up to 60 mph in just 7.3 seconds. Passengers will enjoy the Pacifica's smooth ride, and the driver will appreciate the responsive steering system and brakes. The all-wheel drive system provides extra traction when needed on slippery or snow-covered roads. When equipped with the optional tow package, the Pacifica can tow up to 3,600 pounds.
Interior
Seating for seven comes standard, but the Touring offers a second-row bench seat to make room for eight. The cabin has a premium feel with cloth upholstery, a power-adjustable driver's seat, heated front seats, and a heated steering wheel in the entry-level Touring trim. You'll get simulated leather in the Touring L, and the Limited adds premium leather and ventilated front seats.
Tech features in the Pacifica start with a 10.1-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth for two smartphones, satellite radio, Amazon Alexa, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Limited has navigation and a Harman Kardon stereo system, and the Pinnacle has a 115-volt power outlet and the Uconnect Theater rear-seat entertainment system.
Safety Features
Every 2023 Chrysler Pacifica minivan comes with a long list of advanced driver aids. It includes adaptive cruise control, a blind-spot monitor, rear cross-traffic alert, and a forward collision warning system with automatic braking. All models also come with lane-departure warning with mitigation and rear parking sensors. A bump to the Touring L adds a 360-degree surround-view camera system, front and rear parking sensors, and an automated parking system that can steer the vehicle into a parking spot.
